The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has foiled another attempt to smuggle cocaine into Saudi Arabia.
According to Femi Babafemi, the agency’s Director of Media and Advocacy on Sunday, operatives intercepted ten wraps of cocaine hidden in bottles of body lotion.
This comes on the heels of a similar seizure a week ago, where cocaine was found concealed in Saudi-bound religious books.
The statement said, “Barely a week after #ndlea_nigeria officers discovered parcels of cocaine in Saudi-bound religious books, the vigilant operatives have again intercepted tens of wraps of the same substance in bottles of body lotion heading the same route.
