Former Vice President and 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has extended heartfelt greetings to the Christian community in Nigeria as they celebrate Christmas.
In his Christmas message, Atiku highlighted the season as a time for reflection on values such as “love, unity, compassion, and selflessness,” urging Nigerians to come together as a nation despite the hardships confronting the country.
“This season reminds us of the importance of love, unity, compassion, and selflessness. It is a time to reflect on these values and come together as a nation despite the challenges we face,” he said.
Atiku encouraged Nigerians to embrace gratitude for the blessings of the season, even in the face of economic and social hardships. He emphasized the need to confront the root causes of the nation’s struggles, particularly poor leadership, which he said has contributed to widespread suffering.

Expressing optimism about Nigeria’s future, Atiku emphasized the strength of unity and collective effort in overcoming challenges.
